innogy Procurement and contracted service providers will process and use your information (including any personal data you may provide) in the innogy supplier portal in accordance with applicable national data protection rules and the European Data Protection Directive 95/46 / EC. In using this portal you are agreeing to your information (including any personal data you may provide) being shared with innogy Procurement, other innogy Group companies and any service providers (agents) acting on their behalf as may be required in the initiation and implementation of any future contractual relationship with you. Some service providers may be located outside of the European Economic Area and you acknowledged and agree that your information may be processed by those providers for the purposes set out above. Where any such transfer of information occurs innogy will require the service provider to comply with the European Data Protection Directive and put in place the appropriate EU standard contractual (model) clauses to ensure the adequacy of the protection of your information.
